A Note from our Founder:

Last Thursday was my birthday!

Many of the young ladies in Big Sister Little Sister reached out to me directly - and their messages had me in tears. And when you hear stories of the impact it’s had on them, even I’m blown away sometimes.

Like this birthday message I received:

Happy, happy birthday to the most incredible big sister I could ever ask for. From the beginning, you saw something in me that I didn't see in myself. Your words, your belief, your constant encouragement helped me grow—not just as a leader, but as a woman. Because of you, I found my voice. I learned how to show up confidently, speak boldly, and lead with my heart. I'm so proud of what you've created.

Some of these young ladies were in the Big Sister Little Sister 7, 8, even 10 years ago. And to still hear how deeply it's shaped how they lead and show up today? It’s overwhelming in the best way.

They’re all in different fields now, but they're all doing big things:

  • One is on the path to becoming an orthopedic surgeon.

  • Another is an entrepreneur and educator.

  • Another is in school for supply chain management.

I call them our global changemakers. 

These are the young women who will be educating our children. Performing our surgeries. Leading companies. Changing the world.
